The following terms and conditions in addition to Privacy Policy and refund policy are considered as legally binding agreement between the company and customer for all transactions made via the Website, By accessing, using, registering or purchasing on Rama Store you confirm that you read, agreed and accepted these terms, these terms and conditions are subject to change by the company without prior notice, so you must read these terms before making any purchases to be aware of any new updates.

Security & payment methods

We accept cash on delivery (COD) or online payment through credit or debit cards. Orders are received by our sales department, if you have any kind of issue, you can contact us through sales@ramaoffice.net and one of our sales representatives will contact you.

Transactions of online payments are through the payment gateway provided by fawry for e-payment services, where debit/credit card information is required.

Product information

If a product is listed at incorrect price or quantity, due to a typographical error, the company has the right to cancel the order, any payments made for these canceled orders will be returned to the customer.

Shipping service

We offer shipping service for our products. Installation guide is provided by each product with our contact information.

The customer has the responsibility to provide the correct address and contact information, if he/she wants to make any changes in the address, he/she should inform us immediately, writing wrong address or contact information may add extra shipping costs, depends on costs incurred on the company as a result of these wrong information.

We make every effort to ship our products as soon as possible, we are not responsible for any delays during official holidays, natural disasters or delayed by the shipping company. The duration of delivering orders range from 5 to 15 days based on the location or the availability of the ordered product. Customers may order products that are not ready to be shipped, in that case the product will be manufactured and assembled, the customer will be informed about any delays in the shipping process.

You have full responsibility to protect your username and password of your account and you should not to share it with other parties. you have agreed that you are solely responsible for all your activities in your account, if you found out that other persons use your account you should inform us immediately, Repeated violations from your account may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
