Return Policy

After creating a customer account on our site and placing an order, a return request can be made for the product to receive a refund for the amount paid, with the customer bearing the shipping costs. Returns are permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection laws. The refund will be issued after the condition of the returned product is verified. The Company has the right to refuse to accept a product that is damaged by the customer due to misuse. However, if it is found that the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, the customer can receive a refund or exchange the product.

If there is damage to the goods due to shipping, the customer must inform us immediately by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Failure to report after this period will be considered an acknowledgment that the goods were received in sound condition. In the case of a late report of damage, the damage is the customer's responsibility, and they will bear the cost of repairs. In this situation, the Company has the right to reject the return of the damaged products.
