Rama store is referred to as "the Company" or "we". Rama for Trading and Agencies is an Egyptian company that provides office furniture products, with its address at: 35 El Obour Buildings, Salah Salem, Nasr City, Cairo. The buyer from the store is referred to as "the Customer" or "you".
These terms and conditions, in addition to the Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Customer. We have the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. By purchasing a product or interacting with our site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. Therefore, you should read the terms carefully before placing an order.
Payment Methods & Security
Regarding payment methods, we accept cash on delivery or electronic payment by credit cards. Orders are accepted by the sales department. If you have any problems, you can contact sales@ramaoffice.com, and one of our representatives will respond to your inquiries.
Credit card payments are processed through the Fawry payment gateway for electronic payment services. Credit card details are entered, and the cardholder is verified.
Product Information
In the event that incorrect data regarding the price or quantity of a product is listed by the Company, the Company has the right to cancel the order immediately while informing the customer. If this order has already been paid for by the customer, the amount paid will be refunded to them.
Shipping Service
We provide shipping service for the products displayed in our online store. When the customer chooses shipping through us, we are committed to delivering it to them. We provide an explanation of the installation and usage method with the product. The customer is responsible for writing the correct address and providing a mobile number for communication. If the customer wishes to change the address, they must inform us immediately. Any error or change in the address will result in additional shipping fees being charged to the customer, according to the costs incurred by the Company as a result of the address change.
The Company is committed to doing everything in its power to deliver the product in a timely manner. The Company is not responsible for delays resulting from public holidays, natural disasters, or delays from the shipping company's side. Delivery of goods takes a period ranging from 5 to 15 days depending on the governorate it is shipped to and the availability of the requested product. The customer may order a product that is not ready; the product will be manufactured, and the customer will be contacted to be informed of any delay in delivery.

The use of any type of Rama's content, such as any information, texts, or images of our products, is prohibited for any purpose. No user is permitted to use this information for the purpose of reselling, redistributing, or republishing it. It is protected under intellectual property protection laws. The Rama name and logo are a registered trademark protected under Egyptian laws, and the reproduction or redistribution of our brand name or logo is prohibited.
Customer Accounts
You have full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account's username and password and for not sharing them with other parties.
You have agreed that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and that the Company is not responsible for any other person using your account. You must notify us immediately upon learning that someone else is using your account. Repeated violations on your account may result in its temporary or permanent suspension.
